Reding response ReDo :)

While I was reading the article called "A Word, Please: Better Grammar Means Better Jobs?" I discovered that this article seems to be very accurate. Which took me by surprise because I never thought that having great grammar skills could help you win your dream job. And personally this scares me to no end because I've spent my whole life not worrying about grammar and now I find out that it is actually very important. This is why when I saw this: "there's some expectation that workers should "speak the language."" I couldn't help but get a realization of how true this statement was. Because no one wants to deal with a person they cant understand clearly, or a person who sounds dumb. And I know that my grammar skills are not very good but I will do everything in my power to make them better. While I finished this I realized that I shouldn't be mad because I didn't take the time to learn it. I should use what I read and apply it to my life. And this is what I am going to do. I am going to do any extra work sheets I can find that I know will improve my writing and verbal skills. Also I will make sure that I take responsibility for my actions by explaining what I did, instead of telling others "that it is because I am dumb" because I am not dumb, and I know I have the will power to do whatever I set my mind to. And if I accomplish this small goal I know that it will help me be who ever I want to be in the future.
